Hi, I’m Jonea M. Weekley, an HR strategist turned Real Estate Advisor serving the DC and Maryland area.
Before stepping into real estate, I spent years helping organizations create workplaces where people felt seen, valued, and supported. But I wanted that same sense of empowerment to reach people in a more personal way, through the spaces they call home.
